Individual registration

The registration fee includes

  • Access to the scientific and educational sessions of the meeting (excluding early bird workshops)
  • Meeting materials
  • Coffee/tea breaks on April 12, 13 and 14 and lunches on April 13 and 14.

All fees include VAT.
*Only members who have paid their membership fee will be eligible to receive the discounted registration fee. Check your EHA membership status by sending an e-mail to membership@ehaweb.org.

Early bird workshops

The two early bird workshops are not included in the regular registration fee.
The early bird workshops will take place simultaneously. In order to register for either of the two workshops, please select Workshop A or Workshop B together with the regular registration fee during the registration process in the online registration form.

Hotel accommodation

Attendees of the EHA-SWG Scientific Meeting are offered special reduced room rates directly at the Novotel Barcelona City Hotel. The room rates at the Novotel Barcelona City are 135 euro for single occupancy including 10% VAT and breakfast. Please note that this excludes € 1,21 local tax p.p.p.n. Upon completion of the online registration form, you will be able to book the room(s).

Cancellation of registration

In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to scientificmeetings@ehaweb.org. The following refund conditions apply: In case the cancellation is received by EHA 30 days or more prior to the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full (minus bank charges). If the cancellation is received by EHA between 1 and 30 days prior to the beginning of the meeting, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (minus bank charges). Cancellations notified during the meeting will not be reimbursed.
