Travel Grants
Travel grant application is now closed
Travel grants are intended to support young investigators in the region; therefore, applicants should be 40 years of age or young, and are reserved for applicants from Armenia, Georgia, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Türkiye.
The travel grant includes complimentary registration arranged by EHA for on-site attendance and compensation for travel arrangements (reimbursed after the meeting).
Eligibility criteria
Travel grant applications will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
- The applicant is 40 years of age or younger at the time of application;
- Regional Travel Grants: You are a resident of Iran, Azerbaijan, or Türkiye;
- Regional Local Travel Grants: You are a resident of Armenia or Georgia;
- Your motivation letter.
*It is not mandatory to be an EHA member to apply for the travel grant while being an EHA member will have the priority to receive the grant.

Application
Only applications that fit the eligibility criteria will be considered. The application deadline is August 9, 2024 (23:59 CEST). The application is now closed. Applicants will be notified of their travel grant status by email by August 16, 2024. Grant recipients must confirm their acceptance by September 2, 2024, and provide any necessary documentation to facilitate the arrangements.
