What an EHA Innovation Grant supports

Our EHA Innovation Grant supports high-quality clinical or translational research in hematology. To reflect the collaborative spirit of the grant, no more than 40% of the total grant should be allocated to one member of the consortium.

Policy on double awarding

We want to support as many young investigators and clinicians as possible in their career development. For this reason, we do not allow ‘double awarding.

Policy on life events

EHA has a policy on life events and eligibility. If you're submitting a grant application and the policy applies to your circumstances, you can ask us to extend the period of eligibility.

What an EHA Research Grant supports

Our EHA Research Grants support basic and translational lab-based research in hematology.

2024 exam

The most recent European Hematology Exam took place on June 13, 2024. In total, 244 candidates took the exam at 15 locations.

Scientific Meetings

The EHA-SWG Scientific Meetings have been developed as a joint effort of the EHA Specialized Working Groups (SWGs) and EHA to intensify the beneficial collaboration.

EHA-GBMTA-AHA Hematology Tutorial

EHA is joining the Georgian Association for Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation (GBMTA) and Armenian Hematology Association (AHA) to organize the EHA-GBMTA-AHA Hematology Tutorial on New Aspects in Diagnostic Choices and Treatment Options of Hematological Malignancies.
