EHA’s advocacy for hematology continues
The EHA Board has recently approved five position papers which formulate EHA’s key lobbying priorities:
Support for hematology research in Horizon 2020 (and future EU research funding programs)
Access to treatment for patients with blood disorders
EU collaboration to reduce the prices…
Research must provide ‘more good news on outcomes’ while patients need simple and effective information
On behalf of EHA, professor Giovanni Martinelli and professor Theo de Witte spoke of their cutting edge research and the next steps in personalized medicine research in hematology.

ASCERTAIN: EHA joins consortium aiming for better pricing and reimbursement models

EHA is a partner in the ASCERTAIN consortium which will develop models for the pricing, cost-benefit assessment, and reimbursement of innovative health technologies in Europe.
