How to register for the EHA2025 Congress as a member of the press.

Online press registration for EHA2025 will be open until June 15, 2025.

To register, you must:

Choose the type of registration you require
Ensure you can provide all of the relevant supporting information
Complete the form on the official EHA2025 registration platform

As part of this process, you'll be asked to confirm that you accept EHA's Media and Embargo Policy.

Types of press registration

1. Full hybrid Congress registration

This option is available in limited numbers (up to four per news organization). It includes:

Full access to the EHA2025 Congress program, either in person from June 12–15, 2025, in Milan or virtually via the Congress platform
The embargoed press kit
Access to online abstracts
Live access to the Press Briefing, along with a recording available afterwards on the Congress platform

2. Virtual Congress registration

An unlimited number of representatives from eligible news organizations can register for the virtual congress. It includes:

Full access to the EHA2025 Congress program virtually via the Congress platform
The embargoed press kit
Online abstracts
A recording of the Press Briefing, available on the Congress platform after the live briefing

Information you must provide

To complete your online registration, you'll need to provide:

A copy of your press credentials
A letter of assignment from the media organization you represent
Two by-lined medical/health/science articles published within the last six months
Coverage from the previous year’s meeting (if applicable)
A signed and scanned copy of the EHA Media Embargo Policy form
