Online registration for the EHA-SWG Scientific Meeting has closed.

Individual registration
The registration fee includes:
- Access to the scientific and educational sessions of the meeting
- Meeting materials
- Coffee/tea breaks on November 23, 24 and 25 and lunches on November 24 and 25.
All fees include VAT.
*Only members who have paid their membership fee will be eligible to receive the discounted registration fee. Check your EHA membership status by sending an email to membership@ehaweb.org.

Hotel accommodation
The Holiday Inn Amsterdam (meeting venue) offers a limited number of rooms to delegates at a special rate of 129 euro per room, per night (based on single occupancy – a double occupancy surcharge applies). The rate includes VAT, breakfast and complimentary WiFi. The rate does not include 5% city tax.
Due to the limited number of rooms offered at this special rate we advise you to book early. Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. To book your hotel room please use the special booking link.
Cancellation of registration
In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to events@ehaweb.org.
The following refund conditions apply:
In case the cancellation is received by EHA 30 days or more prior to the meeting, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full (minus bank charges). If the cancellation is received by EHA between 1 and 30 days prior to the meeting, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (minus bank charges). Cancellations notified during the meeting will not be reimbursed.
