In order to create awareness for burnout symptoms among hematologists, the YoungEHA Committee has planned a webinar on burnouts to help professionals in hematology identify early signs and how to address this issue in a wider context.

Standards for functional precision medicine project update, December 2023

Highlights from the SWG

SWG session at EHA2023The EHA2023 Congress was held in Frankfurt, Germany, in June 2023. As part of this event, the SWG held a session on Saturday, June 10, 2023. Title‘Stem cells: Clonal and mutational dynamics of hematopoietic stem cells.

Transfusion

The aim of this SWG is to strengthen and invigorate European research in transfusion, to foster new networks and collaborations, with the ultimate goal of optomisingtransfusion practice in Europe based on scientific evidence.

Participation in EHA and ASH congresses. Planning of new common trials. Conduct of annual EMSCO meeting in Nice in October 2023.

European Hematology Exam

The 3rd European Hematology Exam will take place during the 24th EHA Congress in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

EHA is joining the Hong Kong Society of Hematology (HKSH) to organize the EHA-HKSH Hematology Tutorial on Lymphoid Malignancies.
